This luxury condominium, which consists of 190 units in 18 buildings and overlooks the famous Del Mar Racetrack,experienced constant pinhole leaks in the potable system. These copper pipes range 1/2″ to 1″ in diameter and are located in walls and under slabs in the units.

This large condominium complex’s copper potable system was plagued with pinhole leaks for several years. Repairing the leaks one-at-a-time cost the complex more than $10,000 per year. The customer wanted a long-term solution that would cause as little disruption to the residents as possible.
Nu Line was utilized as the in-place, pipe lining solution for this complex. Our blown-in process created a barrier coating inside of the potable system that will prevent pinhole leaks and other failures. Nu Flow technicians lined this pipe system without any destruction or disruption to the complex.
